Prospero Financial Reporting and Budgeting is available in a 30-day trial site. We host the trial site on our Prospero Cloud Servers. You will be provided log-in information and work with a certified instructor on access, navigation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting features. There is no obligation for using Prospero's trial site; no credit card needed. Our goal is to show you how easy Prospero is to use and make your organization's financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting requirements easier to accomplish.

➕Trial Site Data

Prospero's trial sites can use our own demonstration data including our own chart of accounts, account balances and transaction details. This option is more readily available for interested prospects. 

Prospero's trial sites can also use your own company's chart of accounts, account balances and transaction details. This option does take slightly more time to prepare, but the added benefit here is that any reports or budget or forecast input screens created using these custom trial sites can later be used in an actual deployment of Prospero - no need to recreate what we have already setup in the custom trial site. 

➕Trial Site Access

Prospero trial sites are accessible by prospective users via Prospero's web browser interface. There are no local client installations. Trial site access information will be shared with the users, and a certified instructor will guide you through the initial access and feature review. 

➕After the Trial Period Ends

There are no obligations following a Prospero Trial Site use. We do hope that you would have had the opportunity to review Prospero's financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting features during the trial site period. We will be happy to provide you with a no-obligation quote for Prospero. 

For custom trial sites using your own chart of accounts, account balances and transaction details, we will maintain a copy of the Prospero database for another ninety (90) days. Should you decide to purchase Prospero, we will use this database backup to get you started more quickly.
