Users may access financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Prospero via a web browser. There is also a desktop client available for access, but the web browser is easier and better suits Prospero's web browser deployment.
Yes, Financial Reporting may be implemented separately from Budgeting and Forecasting. Also, Budgeting and Forecasting may easily be added at a later date.
Prospero Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting is very flexible in its deployment options. Application and data may be hosted onsite on client servers or hosted by any other cloud provider. IIS and SQL are required, but these components may be located anywhere at the customer's discretion.
Pricing is based on the modules purchased (Financial Reporting and/or Budgeting and Forecasting). Per user licensing apply as well for Power Users, Designer Users, Standard Users and Limited Users. Subscription pricing is available on an annual basis. A no obligation quote will be provided upon request.
Built-in templates for Human Resources, Capital and Revenue come with the Budgeting and Forecasting modules.
Yes, Prospero Financial Reporting and Budgeting does have a free 30-day trial site available. Trial sites may use Prospero's demo chart of accounts and data, or trial sites may use the chart of accounts and data provided by the prospective client. Trial sites are hosted on Prospero Cloud Servers.Â
