Additional columns of Transaction-level details may be added to reports such as Journal Entry Numbers and Posting Dates. Account balances may be summarized by company or any other related segments or dimensions for analysis.

Export options are available to Excel, PDF, Print or Published Reports (ideal for archiving report balances and details to safeguard against historical changes to GL data). Multiple financial statements may be exported at one time. An income statement for twenty (20) Departments could be exported to a single Excel file with a different Department on each separate Excel worksheet tab.

➕Numeric or Graphic Display

All report data may be viewed in numeric report format or as built-in, dynamic charts and graphs. Charts and graphs are customizable for each Report Definition with only the most relevant rows and columns of data displayed, separate from the rows and columns that may be displayed in numeric report views.
